Water meters will be activated as of January 1, 2012.  Water bills for the first quarter of 2012 will be mailed out the first week of April and will be due May 1^st, with a ten day grace period.  Henceforth, the quarterly billing due date schedule for water will be concurrent with that of taxes (May 1, August 1, November 1 and February 1
