On Saturday, May 17, 2008 from 10AM to 2PM the Police Dept. will be holding an open house at Police headquarters.  The public is invited and we urge our Beach Haven residents to attend.  Come and meet your officers, view our equipment and express any concerns you may have about the department. Coffee, doughnuts, and soft drinks will be served.

Police Dept Special Notice: As a result of several breaking and entering incidents on Long Beach Island, one of which occurred in our town, the Beach Haven Police Department requests that you contact us immediately should you observe any suspicious activities around any of our residences, as well as suspicious vehicles or persons in the area. The thefts primarily involve flat screen televisions. We appreciate your help.

From May 19-June 1,2008 the Police Dept. will be participating in the state's annual Click It or Ticket campaign.  Remember for your safety, always use your seat belt, especially at this time and throughout your travels in and out of town.
