Eye on Hurricane Preparedness

system to notify the public about monitoring the weather and taking preliminary
precautions such as securing outdoor furniture, etc. If you wish to
receive advisories on your cell phone or a landline with a provider other than
Verizon, and you are not registered with the GlobalConnect

Should
you experience a power outage lasting more than an hour call Atlantic City
Electric Company at 1-800-833-7476 to report your problem. If you have a problem with your furnace that
lasts more than 4 hours please call NJ Natural Gas at 1-800-427-5325. During times of extreme weather if there is a
power outage you may not be able to use
your home phone if it has digital components.

and register your cell phone number with Global Connect so that we can update
