SIDEWALK SALE |

The Board of
Commissioners
has designated
Saturday and
Sunday, May 23
and 24; Saturday
and Sunday, May
30 and 31;
Saturday and
Sunday, June 20
and 21; Saturday
and Sunday,
September 19 and
20; and Saturday
and Sunday,
October 3 and 4
as days that
local businesses
may conduct
sidewalk sales
with the
following
conditions:

1. |
Sales
shall be
conducted
between the
hours of 9:00 AM
and 10:00 PM in
front of the
business. |

|
|
2. |
Six
feet (6’) of
sidewalk as
measured from
the curbline
must be kept
open at all
times so as not
to block or
obstruct the
passage of
pedestrians. |

|
|
3. |
Merchandise
shall be
displayed and
kept in an
orderly fashion. |
| |
|
|
4. |
No sales
shall be made
from trucks or
trailers. No
trucks shall be
brought in to be
unloaded between
the hours of
9:00 AM and
10:00 PM on the
days of the
sale. |
